Far-left activist Linda Hirshman: “I believe Ms. Reade, and I’ll vote for Biden this fall,” – “Suck it up and make the utilitarian bargain.”

What Are the Libs Up to Now?

The left my friends, this really says it all about the liberals…

Far-left activist Linda Hirshman, author of a book called “Reckoning: The Epic Battle Against Sexual Abuse and Harassment,” wrote in a New York Times op-ed on Wednesday that while she believes the woman who is accusing Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden of rape, she is still voting for Biden because she claims it’s “worth it.”

The op-ed comes after Biden was accused by his former Senate staffer, Tara Reade, of sexually assaulting her in 1993, an allegation for which there appears to be a fair amount of contemporaneous evidence.

“I believe Ms. Reade, and I’ll vote for Mr. Biden this fall,” Hirshman wrote, later adding: “Suck it up and make the utilitarian bargain.”

Later in the op-ed, Hirshman suggested that Vice President Mike Pence was a problem because he “will not dine alone with a woman other than his wife.”

Online, Hirshman was slammed for her op-ed, with former journalist Natalie Johnson writing, “This is a disgusting slap in the face to anyone who’s been sexually assaulted, particularly to those brave enough to come forward only to be dragged through hell for doing so.”

The Trump Agenda

If you haven’t heard already, the case against Michael Flynn for supposedly lying to the FBI has been dropped.  This came at the request of DOJ after new evidence of vast misconduct surrounding the case emerged last week.

In court documents being filed Thursday, the Justice Department said it is dropping the case “after a considered review of all the facts and circumstances of this case, including newly discovered and disclosed information.” The documents were obtained by The Associated Press.

The Justice Department said it had concluded that Flynn’s interview by the FBI was “untethered to, and unjustified by, the FBI’s counterintelligence investigation into Mr. Flynn” and that the interview on January 24, 2017 was “conducted without any legitimate investigative basis.”

While this news broke, the President was in the middle of being questioned by the press. One reporter told him about the development in real time and Trump absolutely goes off in response. What follows is a 4 minute admonition of the Obama administration, the corruption at the FBI, and the media.

What happened to Flynn was absolutely disgusting and a complete abuse of power. While aid to a foreign power may not have been involved, it certainly was part of a plot to undermine an election and damage Donald Trump. These prosecutors bankrupted Flynn and threatened his son to get him to plead guilty, all in pursuit of mythical Russian collusion.

Trump does not mince words, directly accusing the Obama administration of corruption and criminal behavior. He’s right on that front, as the plot to stop Flynn from gaining his position of NSA was obviously directed from the Obama White House. They knew that if Flynn assumed his position, all their malfeasance would be revealed. That’s where the “get him fired” revelations in the recent document dump come into play. This was always about politics.

TV host busted ‘cheating’ live on air | Byron Shire News

A Spanish news anchor was accused of cheating on his TV star girlfriend when viewers spotted a semi-naked woman saunter behind him while he was filming a live segment, according to a report.

Alfonso Merlos, 41, was hosting the Estado de Alarma channel news report from his home amid the coronavirus lockdown when the scantily clad gal walked into the background of the shot, according to The Sun.

Eagle-eyed fans pointed out the woman was not his partner Marta López, a former star of the “Big Brother” reality show — sparking a media firestorm earlier this week, according to the outlet.

Merlos remained silent for days despite accusations of two-timing, then apologized to López during an appearance on “The Ana Rosa” news show Monday.
