Ed Schafer, a former governor of North Dakota, had his car stolen while guest hosting a local radio show in Fargo, North Dakota in May 2019. According to local reports, Schafer had left his car running with the doors unlocked while he was in the studio. The thief took the car and its contents, including the governor’s iPad. Schafer reported the incident to the police, but no suspects were identified.
