Young conservatives want the Republican Party to listen to their unique perspective and views on the issues. They want acknowledgement that their approach to politics and values can be a valuable part of the GOP. They want to be trusted by the establishment to inform the party’s policy, and to be given a voice in the decision-making process. Young conservatives also want the party to embrace their enthusiasm and find ways to engage youth at all levels of the party, from local stations upwards. Finally, they want concrete steps to bring about true reform of the party, both institutionally and culturally.
