The ad emphasizes Phillips’ commitment to “never compromising” on progressive values, such as protecting the Affordable Care Act and advocating for a pathway to citizenship for undocumented immigrants. It concludes with the slogan “Dean Phillips is the United Democrats’ best bet.” It is not yet clear how large of an impact this ad campaign will have on the Democratic presidential race, but it could give Phillips a boost in his bid to be the party’s nominee.
